- ON-LINE RESERVATION SERVICES: These services are intended for the reservation of rooms in any hotel of Carris Hotels. The use of these services implies full and unreserved acceptance, and validity of each and every one of the conditions stipulated in the latest updated version of these terms.
- CONTRACT CONDITIONS: When using the service the User will receive an email confirmation containing your reservation pager number. This mail serves as proof of your reservation and confirmation of acceptance.
- GUARANTEE AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations made through this website will be guaranteed by the credit card provided by the User on the form. Not arriving to check-in or not cancelling (less than 24 hours), means that your credit card will automatically be charged for one night, and cancellation of the reservation.
To cancel a reservation, the destination hotel can be contacted from Monday to Sunday.
